Treehouse Queanbeyan Inc. is a registered not-for-profit, community-based organisation dedicated to supporting children with additional needs from infancy through to the end of primary school. As a registered NDIS provider, we proudly serve Queanbeyan, NSW, and surrounding areas, including the ACT.
We are growing our team and seeking an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated therapy team. In this role, you will work with clients who have communication and/or feeding needs, while collaborating with a broader multidisciplinary team to support children in achieving their individual goals. As a Speech Pathologist at Treehouse, you will:
Provide support to children and families through comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions
Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to target each child’s specific goals
Work across various settings, including schools, homes, our Treehouse centre, and the broader community
Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated care
Support families and carers in navigating services and connecting with relevant professionals in education and community settings
Assist with school transitions and provide guidance to educators and other stakeholders
Work within a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary team approach
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
A current NDIS Workers Check, NSW Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver’s licence
Basic understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Proven ability to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders

We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. In this role, you’ll support children with a range of needs related to self-care, learning, play, rest, and productivity. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively to help children achieve their individual goals in a supportive and flexible environment.
As an Occupational Therapist at Treehouse, you will:
Provide support services to children and their families, including conducting comprehensive assessments of occupational performance
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans targeting client-specific goals
Work across various settings, including schools, homes, the Treehouse centre, and the wider community
Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support client progress
Facilitate communication and support between families/carers and professionals in education and community settings
Assist in preparing children for transitions, such as starting school, and support others involved in their care
Work within both multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary frameworks
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
A Current NDIS Workers Check, NSW Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver’s licence
Experience or strong interest in working with children with disabilities and developmental delays and their families

We are expanding our team and seeking an enthusiastic Transdisciplinary Key Worker to support children and their families through a family-centred, relationship-based model. This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Early Childhood Educator, or other suitably qualified professional with experience in early childhood intervention or disability support.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for families, delivering supports that are responsive, coordinated, and embedded in daily routines. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure children and families receive high-quality, holistic services that support development and participation across settings.
As a Transdisciplinary Key Worker, you will:
Build strong relationships with families to understand their priorities, strengths, and needs
Provide regular, family-centred support that empowers carers to implement strategies in everyday routines
Conduct developmental assessments and work with families to set meaningful goals
Develop and deliver individualised intervention plans, drawing on input from a multidisciplinary team
Work across home, early learning, school, and community settings to support participation and inclusion
Collaborate with internal and external professionals to ensure coordinated and consistent support
Assist with transitions to new environments, including early childhood settings and schools
Contribute to a transdisciplinary team approach, including sharing knowledge and building capacity within the team
Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline, and current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., AHPRA, Speech Pathology Australia)
Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strengths-based and family-centred approach
A Current NDIS Workers Check, NSW Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Experience working in a key worker or early childhood intervention model
A good understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its application in early intervention
Capacity to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a collaborative team
Strong skills in building partnerships with families, educators, and other professional
The REACH School Holiday Program is looking for enthusiastic, energetic team members to support our program during each school holiday period.
As part of our team, you’ll help deliver a dynamic and inclusive schedule of activities designed to provide fun, learning, and new experiences for children with disabilities and developmental delays. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team to create a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
To ensure you’re set up for success, we provide training and supervision in the lead-up to each program. This includes familiarisation with routines, behaviour support plans, and individual needs of the children you’ll be supporting.
Currently studying or qualified in education, allied health, disability support, or a related field
A current Working With Children Check
